Contact and Feedback

Useful feedback explains what you expected, what happened and how to reproduce it. Keep private entries and share links out of public reports.

Describe the issue

Include the tool or page, browser name, device type and a short sequence of actions. For example: open Team Generator, add six sample names, choose two teams, then explain which control did not respond. Use invented sample entries rather than sending a real class list or confidential wheel.

If a screenshot helps, remove names, images, history and share-management links you do not want disclosed. Do not send passwords, access tokens, cookies or a .orbit backup by default. Backups can contain all of your local tools and images.

Storage or offline problems

Before clearing anything, try exporting your current setup. Note whether you were offline or using private browsing, and whether the problem began after a browser update. Local data cannot be recovered by Orbit from another device, because it is not automatically uploaded.

A public contact email will appear here once the owner configures it. Until then there is no contact submission action or background form request. You can prepare the details above and keep them locally.
