Existing named wheel templates are reused rather than overwritten. Utility templates reset that tool's settings; its earlier results stay in history.

Orbit Templates and Use Cases

Templates give you a starting list or configuration. Check the examples and replace them with choices that fit your group.

Start with a real task

Classroom Name Picker and Giveaway Picker open an editable Names wheel. Lunch Picker, Game Night Picker, Chore Wheel and Meeting Topic Picker provide short lists you can revise. Conversation Starter offers prompts for an icebreaker, with room for anyone to pass. These are examples, not promises of a suitable choice for every group.

Team Splitter opens four example participants and two groups. Number 1–100 configures an inclusive integer range. Dice d20 starts a single twenty-sided roll. Yes / No Decision opens the fast two-answer utility. A utility template resets its current settings but leaves earlier results in history.

Your edits remain yours

Using a named wheel template again selects the existing local wheel instead of endlessly creating copies or overwriting your edits. Remove a template wheel from My Wheels if you deliberately want a fresh starting list next time. Templates do not publish anything; sharing is a separate, explicit action.
